We will have the rows marked, and we will either be available to show you where to pick, or we will have a map describing where to find the u-pick area.

  2. >My Mixed Green Recipe:1/4 bag of greens per adult wash, trim leaves, discard tough stems, shake off water, but don’t dry2 green onions, sliced2 cloves garlic and or 2 garlic tops diced1-2 Tbls margarine or olive oilHouse of Tsang brand Saigon Sizzle Stir-Fry Sauceoptional: sliced mushrooms or zucchiniHeat margarine or oil in pan over medium heat. Add green onion and garlic. Cook until softened.Add greens and drizzle about 2 T. stir-fry sauce over greens. Turn heat down to low, and cook until greens are wilted, and a darker green. Make sure sauce and garlic and onion bits are evenly distributed. Serve.
